CHRISTMAS IN JULY 2010
Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th July
10am - 5pm
Get ready to have a ball. Our event will begin with snow falling and our very talented Santa opening the doors at 10am sharp. Come on in and see all our stunning new ranges of Christmas decorations and collectables. With my shopping trip in June I have brought back some stunning new goodies, traditional, modern, country, woodsy and bejewelled, something for all my Christmas lovers, and yes we have finally located half trees again and a huge range of different trees from 2ft to 10ft. We will have loads of specials for everyone and every hour we will have free raffles for you to win some fantastic Christmas trinket continuing til our last one of the day at 5pm. In the afternoon we will serve our infamous Gluhwein and roasted chestnuts.
Our infamous Christmas Dinner will be held again at Lawler's Restaurant at 7pm. I know it's cold outside but no early diners would be much appreciated so we can get things organised before you get there. Dinner will consist of their fantastic Christmas fare with yummy desserts and our special Santa will arrive sometime during the night to bring all you good boys and girls a little Christmas treat. Cost for the dinner is $45 per person (sorry no allowance for children). Book in as a couple, or a table or we will put you with others to get together and have some festive fun with strangers and friends alike. Of course we will have some fun games to play and I'll make a point that you might want to brush up on your Christmas trivia and your singing voice!!! We will hold our usual extravaganza Raffle with great prizes. But book your seat as soon as you can as this dinner books out quickly and I would hate to disappoint. Call Jamilla or Brendan on 1800 813 992. They also have great accommodation directly behind at fantastic rates, so if you need somewhere to stay, it's nice and close and well appointed. You can also contact Jenny Chalwell at the Bright Visitor Information centre on 1300 551 117 for some great accommodation ideas and value too.
Sunday morning from 10am the snow will continue to fall, the first free raffle will be at 11am and continue on the hour, our last raffle will be at 1pm which will be something huge as a big thank you to all of you that have come to our great event. Eggnog and candied chestnuts will be served to warm us all. A great opportunity to finish up your Christmas buying.
Looking forward to seeing old friends and new alike, see you all in July!!!
